    Our welcome service is designed to make the move to a Neighbour apartment easy and seamless. Get help with your move, whether you need everything done for you or just an easy way to source things like enough boxes and tape. The service is built around our existing team and vehicle fleet, with carefully selected third-party providers brought in where needed. Book it via the Neighbour website. With online ratings that will be made public to help others see how you found the experience – and help us improve it, if needed.

A cleaner who can clean your place weekly – or just whenever it’s needed.

Neighbour’s own professional cleaning and grounds staff will make sure the communal areas at Neighbour locations are always tidy and clean. But that’s not all they can do. Residents will be able to book a cleaner for their apartment anytime it is needed. Discounts will apply to standing weekly or bi-weekly bookings. And like all our optional services for residents, it will be easy to change the frequency. It’s there when you need it, and doesn’t cost you a thing when you don’t.
A survey of UK renters found that clean internal areas and general upkeep were one of the things people value the most.

The Neighbour dry-cleaning service will offer the same level of service as a conventional high-street dry cleaner, with one big added bonus: someone will collect your clothes and return them right to your door when they’re ready. It’s a time savings that we think many of our residents will value, especially because we’ve negotiated fees that are cheaper than the high street. Book via the My Neighbour app for a one-off garment or set up a weekly pick-up at a reduced fee.
The UK’s renting population is evolving as well as growing – modern renters are becoming older, renting for longer and becoming less transient.

Sharing a car with your neighbours makes access to a car easier and cheaper for everyone. It’s an idea that fits the Neighbour concept perfectly. It’s economical, innovative and neighbourly. Book a car online and it’s yours for the length of your shopping trip or a day out with mates. Where possible, we’ll arrange with our car-sharing partner to have at least one car permanently allocated to the building’s car park or within a short walk.
Services like Zipcar and Sunfleet (in Sweden) have revolutionised the way many people in cities approach car ownership.

The Neighbour approach to service takes its cues from the way things are done at a good-value hotel. That means treating our residents not just as customers but also as valued guests. And it means anticipating your every need by laying on a menu of useful services that you can access 24 hours a day. But unlike many hotels,we don’t think people should be charged a premium for the privilege of things being easy.In fact, our goal is always to use bulk buying and economies of scale to beat the high street price while still making a little money off each transaction, to create value all round.

Need someone to hang your pictures or assemble your flat packs? Our handyman service is an extension of the Neighbour team. It gives residents’ access to our skilled and professional staff whenever you need a little extra elbow grease or expertise. Simply book an available slot via the Neighbour app. Rates are cheaper than a standard, third party handyman as well. You can be sure you’ll open the door to a friendly and professional staff member. You’ll know them by the Neighbour logo on their shirt.
By using our own staff for call-outs, we’re not hit by massively inflated call-out charges and the like, so we don’t think our customers should be either.

    Here to help
    In any business relationship, there will be times when only a conversation with a living, friendly human being will do. That’s why we’ll make sure each of our residents has the email and phone number of one member of our staff whose job is to look after their needs. This is about creating client relationships that are real. It’s about valuing our customers so much that we refuse to entrust them to an anonymous call centre.
    We’ll provide all our residents with an out-of-office number for emergencies. They’ll find it on a card in their welcome pack.

    The Neighbour team
    Neighbour is assembling a team of professional, courteous and skilled people to look after the maintenance of our buildings and grounds. We try to know all our residents on a first-name basis, and that’s how we’ll always introduce ourselves, too. Our goal is to keep our team lean, which means many of our employees will perform more than one role.
    Today only about 2% of the UK’s rental stock is professionally owned and managed, but that’s forecast to change dramatically as more people discover the life-enhancing benefits of managed rentals.

Letting a Neighbour apartment is easy. Check the latest availability on our website and book a viewing at a time that suits you. A member of the Neighbour team will show you around the available units and the building’s communal areas and amenities. After the viewing, you'll get a follow-up email with all the information you need if you want to complete the lettings process. And if you decide to hold out for a different Neighbour apartment, you can sign up to be sent a note the moment a place with the floor plan, location or view that you want becomes available.

We’re big believers in the value of user ratings. It’s a quick, transparent way for customers to speak their minds. We’ll make it easy for residents to rate…well, everything. From the customer service they receive during the lettings process to how well we handle a request for a repair. Rate your Neighbour cleaner, even your kitchen appliances. As a service company, we live or die by how highly our customers think of us. So this kind of data couldn’t be more relevant to our bottom line.
The Neighbour team will regularly analyse user ratings data and use it to guide continuous improvement.

Check your online statement anytime for an up-to-the-minute view of your bill, including stats on utility usage and an itemised view of any optional Neighbour services that you've used. At the end of the month, you’ll get a simple, one-page bill in your letterbox, and the transaction will go off your account automatically on the same day of every month. Simple billing means less time spent on admin, and more time for enjoying your life.
